All domestic packages come with a prepaid return shipping label. To return your items to us:
- Pack your products and affix the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your package.
- If returning items from multiple orders, please write the order numbers on a piece of paper and include it inside the package.
- Send your package using one of these methods:
- Drop off your package at the designated carrier location (check your label) with no need to wait in line. The label is prepaid, so there is nothing further for you to do.
- Alternatively, you can leave your package at a location with a daily pickup service from the designated carrier.
Exchanges
Book your exchange item online through your order history, or contact customer service before you return your original item in person.
International
Please note that customers located outside the United States are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. To return your items to us:
- Pack your items in a bag or box.
- For air transit, please write your invoice number and mark “RETURN TO USA” on the package.
- Items purchased in a physical store can only be returned to a store and cannot be mailed to our online returns center. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all tags and accessories attached. Items purchased online can be returned in-store or mailed back to our online returns center.
Final Sale
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Beauty Products
Beauty products are returnable only if unused and unopened.
We are not responsible for international return shipping costs. We recommend you choose the most economical tracked delivery option for your return.
Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below on how to care for your items to keep them eligible for return:
Shoes
Shoes can easily scuff on hard surfaces. Always try them on carpet. The shoebox is an integral part of the product presentation, so please take care to avoid damaging it and include it with your return.
Swimwear & Intimates
For hygiene reasons, always wear undergarments when trying on these items. Do not remove protective liners.
Tops & Dresses
Please take care to avoid transferring makeup or deodorant onto the garments.
International
We recommend using a tracked delivery method for your return. Please retain your tracking number information so you can follow the progress of your return until it is received by us.
International
Please note that it takes us 3-10 business days to process a return once it is received. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your return is processed and your refund is issued. The refund may then take several business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Beauty Products
We accept returns on unused and unopened beauty products within 30 days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for expedited orders are non-refundable.
Wedding Dresses
All wedding dresses must be returned within 30 days to receive a full refund or store credit. We cannot accept returns on wedding dresses after 30 days. Wedding dresses must be unworn and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
Bridesmaid Dresses
Special orders for 3 or more of the same style dress are considered Final Sale. If you are interested in a particular style, we recommend checking if your size is in stock before placing a special order.
Holiday Returns
During the holiday period (November 1 through December 25), we will accept your return after the 30-day period, provided the return is received by January 10.
Incorrect Returns
If you have accidentally returned a non-beautifullywardrobe.com purchase to us, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. While we will make our best effort to locate and recover non-beautifullywardrobe.com merchandise, we are not responsible for replacing, returning, or otherwise compensating you for non-beautifullywardrobe.com merchandise you have mistakenly sent to us.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
With the exception of items marked “Pre-Owned,” we sell only authentic, new merchandise sourced directly from designer brands. Please note that even with such items, there may be minor manufacturing flaws, such as occasional loose threads or similar issues. Additionally, distressed treatments that are part of the design may increase the likelihood of imperfections, and such items often wear at a faster rate than typical merchandise.
For international customers, we will reimburse return shipping costs for returns with significant defects. For returns with minor defects, such as a missing stitch, we will handle the issue on a case-by-case basis. In summary, we will reimburse shipping costs for returns with significant defects, with a limit of up to 5 such instances per customer per year.
Many products, especially distressed styles, are designed to fray or develop holes over time. We guarantee that all products will not develop such issues within 90 days of purchase, and if they do, we will replace the item or issue a refund. After 90 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs, including providing replacement parts like missing buttons or broken snaps if these items or repair services are available from the design brand, but we will not provide a full replacement or refund for an item that becomes unrepairable after 90 days unless the design brand is willing to replace or compensate for the product at that time.
